A daily exercise plan! Do these exercises throughout the day (and add in your own) to get into the habit of daily fitness.
These are great strengthening exercises to combine with my running every other day!

Peanut butter lovers, brace yourselves!
I’ve always been a peanut butter lover. 99% of the lunches I made for myself in school consisted of a classic PB sandwich. I would literally eat it with a spoon as a snack. As I became more health-conscious, however, I freaked out a little bit at the nutritional information — So many calories, so many grams of fat!! Well, PB lovers, I found a solution.
Allow my to introduce you to Bell Plantation’s PB2 peanut butter. It’s just like normal peanut butter, but has been pressed to remove the oil (ie fat, extra calories). No artificial flavours, sweeteners or preservatives. Just add water and mix it up.
2 tablespoons powder = 45 calories
Fat: 1.5g, Carbs: 5g, Protein: 5g(I know, right??)
Must. find.
These are things I tell myself, they don’t apply to everyone but for me they are important…
10. Nobody goes from not running at all to running a marathon overnight. Running takes hard work and commitment. IT IS NOT going to be easy, if it was it wouldn’t be worth doing.
9. ANYBODY can be a runner. Don’t ever let anyone make you feel intimidated or less worthy of the title of “runner” because you can’t run as far or as fast as they can. Run for YOU.
